Driving school is a privilege granted by the Municipal Judge in certain traffic violations. A person must not have had a citation within the previous 12 months and must appear before the Judge to request the privilege. Court costs are also paid upon the return of the driving school certificate to the court.

All court dates, plea, trials, and reviews are held at 1:00 p.m. at the Enterprise Civic Center (2401 Neal Metcalf Road) until further notice.
A youthful offender status is an option for defendants under the age of 21.
The Enterprise Municipal Court only handles traffic violations and misdemeanor arrests.
Court sessions are held every Monday at 1 p.m. (except for holidays). This is a plea day. Trials are set on the first and third Thursday of each month. There is one show cause date for violation of probation (fines) held the first Wednesday of each month.
All bonds are $500 unless otherwise noted. Bonds are made in cash or by going through one of the approved bonding companies in Coffee County.
