Mayor William E. Cooper shakes the hand of Enterprise City Schools Superintendent Greg Faught Jan. 23 as Faught prepared to speak to a gathering of the Chamber of Commerce.
Faught gave a status update on the school system, which has about 6,800 students enrolled this year, to Chamber members and guests. Cooper, a longtime music educator and band director for Enterprise Schools, congratulated Faught on the outstanding school system and thanked him for his successful efforts to lead one of the largest school systems in the state. Cooper said the city values the school system and offers support for the system, its leaders and faculty.
