In order to serve all Enterprise Water System customers more efficiently, we need your help. Beginning October 1, 2013, we are moving to a scheduled customer service system for all future and present customers. In order to be placed on the schedule prior to the day of service request, the person moving to Enterprise would need to:
- Contact the Water Department Office at least one business days prior to needing water service to receive an application by mail or print an application (PDF).
- Mail an application along with a copy of required documents and correct cut on fee amount, at least five business days prior, to:

- Fax your completed application and required documents to 334-348-2613. You may pay your connection fee with a credit/debit card by calling 334-347-1211. Please note there is a 3% with a $3 minimum convenience fee when paying with a credit/debit card.
Walk-in customers would also need to apply for water service prior to the day service is needed in order to be placed on the schedule. We feel we can better serve you, our customer, by giving you the opportunity to pre-apply for water service and placing ahead the order on a schedule system for the day requested.
