Obtaining a Business License
Please print and complete the Business License Application (PDF). Please note the new Business License Ordinance 08-17-21C, effective January 1, 2022.  Pease contact our office for additional required documentation. Applications will not be processed until all required documentation and payment is received. Classifications and fees may be found under the link located below. Please contact our office if you are unsure of the classification or fee for your business activity. Business licenses are valid for a calendar year, January 1st through December 31st, regardless of the date business initiated. 

Requirements & Fees

Licensing requirements and fees vary based upon the type/nature of your business and the location of your business. Some licenses require state certification and/or bonds. Please feel free to contact the City of Enterprise Revenue Department at any time with questions about your business license.

When remitting payments directly to the city, please make all checks, money orders or cashier's check payable to the City of Enterprise. 

The City of Enterprise Revenue Department collects business license fees, lodging tax, gas tax, and Alcohol Beverage Control tax. Avenu Insights (formerly RDS) is the sales tax administrator for the City of Enterprise. Avenu Insights (formerly RDS) works with hundreds of local and state governments in several states providing taxpayer services, including business tax collection, taxpayer registration, and online filing of business taxes.
